Customer Service Assistant (Job #0222)

Monaco Enterprises, Inc., a Spokane based manufacturer of fire and emergency management systems, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant. Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide clerical support to the Customer Service Department
  • Input new orders into computer system
  • Invoice orders for shipment
  • Assist in preparation of quotations for customers
  • Assist with Training classes
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Manager
  • Provide backup support to the Receptionist

Applicants must possess as a minimum: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong verbal and written communications, filing, multi-tasking, detail oriented, reliability, and familiarity with office equipment. Prefer 2 years of similar experience.

Systems Support Tech (Job #0125)

Monaco Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and quick learning Systems Support Technician with a can do attitude and the ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail. Networking and technology troubleshooting background is a requirement. An understanding of low voltage electronics is a plus. Software Test Technician (Job #1102)

Monaco Enterprises, Inc., a Spokane based manufacturer of fire, mass notification and emergency management systems, is seeking a Software Test Technician as we expand our engineering team. This challenging position will provide the opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment testing the functionality and reliability of software for issues and inconsistencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setup of test environments including basic Windows OS, networks and databases (Access/SQL)
  • Ability to grasp business requirements and processes to write test plans, scripts, validation steps
  • Assists software engineers in the diagnosis and replication of software/firmware issues
  • Execute software application testing: functionality, performance and regression testing
  • Ability to discover the cause of issues and identify any relevant trends
  • Document and summarize the test outcome and provide reports on test results
  • Effective written and verbal communication with engineering team

Qualifications:

  • A.A. Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Test Technician or related data processing experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCs and custom software applications
  • Understanding of software test procedures and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Experience with Electronics and/or Firmware testing is a plus
